Refund Policy
At Royal Dhaka Halal Food, our goal is to offer a hassle-free shopping experience. However, there may be instances that require a refund, cancellation, or additional charges. Please read the following details carefully to understand our procedures and your entitlements.
1. Delivery and Shipping Charges
Orders above 10,000 yen are eligible for free delivery, with the exception of Okinawa, where this offer does not apply.
For purchases under 10,000 yen, a delivery charge of 1,250 yen will be added, including for shipments to Okinawa.
2. Order Cancellation and Incorrect Address
2.1. Incorrect Address Provided
If the address or postal code provided is incorrect and the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable:
- A charge of 1,250 yen will be applied for the delivery attempt.
- An additional 1,200 yen will be charged for the return shipping.
This brings the total to 2,500 yen (1,250 yen for delivery + 1,250 yen for return). Please make sure the address is correct before placing the order to avoid these charges.
2.2. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order:
- You can cancel without any charge if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us promptly.
- If the order has already been dispatched and you still want to cancel:
- A delivery fee of 1,250 yen and a return fee of 1,250 yen will be charged.
- The total deduction will be 2,500 yen.
- A delivery fee of 1,250 yen and a return fee of 1,250 yen will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refund Request Period
To be eligible for a refund, you must get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Refund claims beyond this period may not be approved.
3.2. Damaged Products
In case of damage during delivery, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the damage. For instance, if the product is 50% damaged, a 50% refund will be provided.
3.3. Missing Products
If an item is missing from your delivery, we will issue a full refund for that specific product, including any related taxes.
3.4. Expired Products
Should any product arrive with an expiration date that predates the shipping date, you will receive a full refund for that item, inclusive of taxes.
3.5. Disliked Products
If the product you receive matches your order but you simply don’t like it, we cannot provide a refund. Refunds are only issued for problems such as damage, missing items, or incorrect orders.
3.6. Out-of-Stock Products
If a paid item is later found to be out of stock, a full refund including taxes will be provided for that product.
4. Refund Process
4.1. How Refunds Are Processed
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds go back to the same card used, and processing may take up to two weeks, depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds are credited as store points to your account. Each point equals 1 yen and is credited instantly.
- Bank Transfer: This option is available only for refund amounts of 2,500 yen or more. Amounts under 2,500 yen will be issued as store points.
4.2. Refund Methods
We process refunds via:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfer (only for eligible amounts)
- Store Points
No other refund methods are available.
